Available Packages
Basic Package
Our basic
package covers installation and configuration of
Remote Access and VPN software on both your host
(Home) PC and your target (Office) PC. It comes
with 30 days remote user assistance and
technical support via eMail.
Advanced
Package
Our
advanced package includes all of the above as
well as Remote Support for both the Host and
Target PC's for issues related to the services
provided. We will use the same technology to
remotely connect to either host or target PC and
either make the necessary changes or show you
how to make them yourself.
Premium
Package
Our
premium package includes installation,
configuration, remote and on-site support. The
on-site support is valid for one year and
includes 1 hour free on-site and a 50% discount
on any additional hours required. As with our
advanced package the on-site time is only for
use with matters related to Remote Access, any
regular on-site services will be chargeable at
normal rates.
