1. Built to spec, not to price.
Our computers are not built to fit within a certain price, rather they are
built to do a job, and do it well. Too often you see computers that are for sale
at a price that seem too good to be true because they are. Reducing system
prices is easy, you simply cut corners or buy cheaper parts. Everyone loves a
deal but a deal that ends up costing you more than you thought you were saving
is hardly the kind of deal you want to be on the wrong end of.
2. Fully Authentic, Fully Legal.
All of our systems come complete with Authentic and Legal Windows
Certificates of Authenticity as well as Authentic and Legal Windows media sets.
We're not one of those manufacturers that only supply's you with a sticker and a
hidden partition to save the money on buying and shipping the disks. Its all
well and good to have a hidden partition but what if your hard drive dies or
gets trashed by a virus? We don't cut corners and leave you high and dry without
the disks you need to rebuild or repair your system. Nor do we charge you extra
over and above your system price for disk sets or shipping.
3.All new components, always.
All of our components are brand new, purchased specifically for you system,
factory sealed until assembly of your system begins. You might be surprised to
learn that there is more than one major manufacturers that knowingly ships their
systems with sub-standard components in an effort to bring down their costs and
temporarily reduce the price you pay.

Because we assemble your PC it makes sense that we're the first people you
call in the event of a problem. Why spend hours trying to comprehend someone
from a call centre in India or Pakistan when you can speak to the actual people
who put your system together?
5. Remote Support & Assistance.
All our systems come with our Remote Assistance software already installed.
The 256-bit encrypted secure software allows us to help you, upon your request,
without you having to unplug so much as a keyboard. We can connect t your PC
from our office and guide you through your problems whether its setting up email
or troubleshooting a more complicated issue. All you need is a working internet
connection. We can solve many issues remotely but where this is not possible we
can at least carry out nearly all of the diagnostic work greatly reducing repair
times.
6. Fully managed, fully warrantied repairs.
The reliability of your computers components is a delicate economic balancing
act carried out by manufacturers. You could have a hard disk that never failed,
if you were prepared to pay 100x the price, chances are you're not, so they
manufacturer hard drives that last as long as you would expect them too at a
price that the market deems acceptable. As a result components do fail from time
to time, and its what happens when they do that sets us above our competition.
We do not manufacture the components but we will completely manage their
replacement for you. We will replace the faulty component from our stocks and
then the issue of warranty replacement with the manufacturers becomes ours and
not yours. This greatly reduces the downtime and involvement on your part making
your ownership experience much more pleasant.
7. Energy Saving, Money Saving.
When we decided to produce our own range of systems we made a conscious
decision to be as green as we could. To this end we chose to produce only energy
efficient systems. Available in two main formats our systems not only consume
less energy but also produce less noise. In fact some of our systems re totally
silent with no moving parts.
8. What you need, not what we want you to have.
We all know there's no such thing as a free lunch yet advertisers still
promote software bundles worth "Hundreds of Dollars, FREE with our systems". The
reality is these packages are either free or cost pennies on the advertised
dollar. Your "Hundreds of Dollars" in reality cost less than $50 and in some
cases less than $20. They typically include programs you either don't want or
will never use and serve little purpose other than to take up disk space.
9. Real virus protection, free.
Most systems that you buy in big box stores come with Anti Virus software.
Software that is free for anywhere from 90 to 365 days. After that you're
looking at anything up to $90 a year to maintain your subscription. Our systems
come with AVG Anti-virus, a product which in our opinion is the best protection
available. It doesn't hurt that the version of AVG we install is also FREE.
