We decided to fix the price of our repairs for two reasons.

• Nobody likes nasty surprises when it comes to repair bills. Everyone has heard the horror stories of big unexpected bills. With Fixed Price Services from RCS you know what your repair will cost before we even start work.

• The second reason, protection of your data. If we are not working against the clock to keep your repair cost down we don't need to take shortcuts to save us time and save you money. Numerous customers have come to us after taking their machines elsewhere only to get them back with everything except the operating system wiped off. The quickest way to get rid of a virus or remove spyware is to format the computer and reinstall the Operating System. Only problem is, when a machine is formatted, the pictures, movies, emails and music that you stores on it are gone too. At RCS your data is as important to us as it is to you, so we will go to every possible length to preserve it. I may take little while longer to get repaired but in the 2 years since we opened we have only had to format 5 of the machines we have had in. And in 4 of those cases we were able to backup the clients pictures to CD or DVD before formatting.
